大碗雞肉飯
終於，我做出了夢想中的雞肉飯！原本以為那個醬汁是不可能做出來的，結果還是成功了耶！我每次回台灣都會很認真地坐國光號去嘉義吃的，現在不用那麼辛苦了。李黑說比他在台灣吃到的好吃，我的結論是他在戀愛。
這機肉飯醬汁的原則呢，就是用煮過雞撈起來的雞油，炒紅蔥頭炒香，接著加入煮過雞的高湯，然後加入八角和薑絲以及一點醬油，再煮個二十分鐘就行囉～
