大碗雞肉飯

終於,我做出了夢想中的雞肉飯!原本以為那個醬汁是不可能做出來的,結果還是成功了耶!我每次回台灣都會很認真地坐國光號去嘉義吃的,現在不用那麼辛苦了。李黑說比他在台灣吃到的好吃,我的結論是他在戀愛。

這機肉飯醬汁的原則呢,就是用煮過雞撈起來的雞油,炒紅蔥頭炒香,接著加入煮過雞的高湯,然後加入八角和薑絲以及一點醬油,再煮個二十分鐘就行囉~
