辦桌
昨天在家裡辦桌。 其實也沒什麼理由耶，純粹想吃一頓很台的飯，又覺得這裡的中國餐館表現不讓人滿意，我超怕老抽的，覺得東西都黑黑有怪味，只好自立自強而已。雖然受邀的人都一直問慶祝些什麼，實在想不出來，只能當作試鍋大會。不過後來發現昨天剛好是台灣淪陷日，只好把自己灌醉哀悼一番。
菜單內容：清蒸鱸魚、蕃茄牛肉、家常豆腐、豆瓣明蝦、西蘭花燴雙菇。
酒單內容：啤酒N小瓶、Gaillac氣泡白酒一瓶、紅酒一瓶、高梁酒、以及Vodka + Poire William + Single Malt當作甜點。
其實本來只是要辦高梁酒會的，但不知不覺就把家裡有的東西全拿出來喝了。 吃到酒足飯飽、杯盤狼藉，才拖著顛顛的腳步上床睡覺。今天起床當然就受到頭痛的制裁。
不過好累啊，為了讓所有的菜同時上桌，同時都是熱的，就動用了我家新的舊的、瓦斯的與電的全部的WOK才完成一個晚餐，想到台灣九十九塊就可以吃到熱炒，還是覺得台灣真好哩！
這頓當然是比較認真煮的，花了不少時間。不過我想到小時候家裡每天其實都吃得滿認真的，雖不是辦桌但應該至少都有三道菜一個湯，突然發現爸爸媽媽的偉大啊！

迷錯迷錯，辦桌最難的就是一次所有菜要出齊而且還要是熱的，看起來粉好吃喔！祝妳流浪回來之後趕快恢復食慾。
又，那天有人跟我們說中國有黑心醬油，顏色還是從人剪下的頭髮做出來的，不知道是真的假的，聽了就覺得很恐怖。沒有台灣醬油的話，還是買龜甲萬吧。。。
