史上最貴之蚵仔粥
說到台灣小吃，大家總會想到蚵仔煎、碗粿、鹽酥雞之類的。可是這些只是想到的時候會思鄉病犯、垂涎不止的病源大項。其實，還有很多很多東西，是沒事不會去想到，可是如果在台灣走在路上看到一定會進去吃的，像是—-蚵仔粥。這種東西才是那種旅遊書上不會寫，可是行家一定不會錯過的台灣小吃啊！
話說上回和李黑去花蓮，某天早上開了車要去麥當勞吃早餐，路上突然經過一家賣蚵仔粥的，我直覺那家一定很好吃，就臨時改變主意改吃這個當早餐。李黑聽了覺得很不可思議，話說法國人的早餐吃得極簡，往往只是麵包加果醬，有可頌已是不錯，和有培根蛋的英式早餐比起來簡直寒酸至極。但他們就是習慣，甚至覺得早餐本來就只能吃些清淡的玩意。所以他聽到早上吃蚵仔，還是煮熟的時，不免覺得奇怪。可是對我來說，蚵仔粥很清淡啊！
當然他吃了之後，也被蚵仔粥的魅力所吸引啦！雖然還是覺得如果是當午餐吃會比較正常些。
這週六，又到了每週度上市集買生蠔的時間。我突然想起那花蓮蚵仔粥（可惜我忘了在哪，只知道在某家麥當勞和某家小曾記麻糬附近）的美味，突然有點路邊攤老闆上身。就吩咐李黑去買了一打最小號的生蠔，回來打開給本大廚備用！
嘿果然好吃哩！發現這裡四號的生蠔大概相當於台灣一般比較大的蚵仔，所以感覺不會差太多喔！怎麼煮喔？湯頭是一定要有紅蔥頭爆香、加香菇拌炒與薑絲，然後加入高湯（烹大師更好），當然香油與芹菜不能忘。蚵仔先加了鹽巴、胡椒、太白粉，快起鍋時才加，熟了馬上關火開動囉！

呴，我真的上網找花蓮市街圖，還找出兩家麥當勞位置與各曾記麻糬分店作比對耶。無奈花蓮太小，每個地方看起來都很近，所以比不出來。反正應該不是車站附近的麥當勞，因為那天住在南濱夜市附近，早上要去吃麥當勞，應該是去另一家才對。然後那個曾記麻糬分店很小喔，完全不是扁食店附近那兩家的樣子（我還去估狗「曾記麻糬小分店」未果）…所以啦只要找到曾記麻糬小分店，蚵仔粥就在斜對面。喔，還有一個有利資訊，那條路有路邊停車格，開單的腳踏車先生非常勤勞，坐下來吃不到五分鐘，已經要付停車費…

其實冷凍櫃賣的cocktail fruits de mer就可以煮海產粥說，但是蚵仔粥才是王道啊！而且一定要加芹菜和香油啦！我來法國後就都沒有吃宵夜的習慣，可是宵夜的慾望完全地被蚵仔粥喚醒啊！
PS我今天果然收到一個莫名其妙的退休金單位來叫我回函耶，好險我知道他們是壞人…

蚵仔粥我在臺灣從沒吃過，下次倒是可以來做做看。
Loulou, 不見得所有的信都是壞人寄的歐。 你要看清楚内容，反正我的經驗是，不管是好人還是壞人來的信，只要沒有你的回復，他們是不會善罷甘休的，會一天到晚來煩你的。
而且這些社保單位(好的+坏的)， 好像都有某些特權，可以讓我們生活在恐懼中(Lettre recommandée; huissier; 罰錢)，所以你還是要給他們回復才行。只是錢不要隨便亂付，這才是最重要的。
