鮮蝦芒果沙拉

土城每天都熱到在室內也有三十度。法國西南部是老饕絕不可錯過的地區，鵝肝、鴨胸、封鴨等等都是這裡名產，但可惜，天氣一熱什麼也吃不下去。作了道開胃沙拉，很適合這種熱天喔。

沙拉內容物：切薄片的大黃瓜、切小塊的芒果、切絲的紅甜椒、切絲的大芹菜、去殼的沙蝦。

醬汁：魚露加水加糖加檸檬汁加切碎的辣椒。

清涼爽口，吃過的都說好喔！
