李黑葛格應小罐努要求作的香蕉餐～～蘭姆燒香蕉。
簡單作喔，就是把香蕉用奶油煎過，煎的時候灑糖，讓他有點焦焦，滴幾滴檸檬汁，讓味道比較輕，好了以後加蘭姆酒下去，然後在香蕉上點火，蘭姆酒燒完就好啦！
